These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the consumer product testing, research, campaign management, feedback collection, credit and reimbursement services provided by Lyntrix Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Lyntrix Media", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). The Platform is intended for legitimate marketing, consumer research, product testing, campaign administration and collection of genuine consumer experiences and feedback. The Platform does not provide, sell, guarantee, arrange or facilitate fake reviews, fabricated experiences, predetermined ratings, manipulated marketplace activity, fake orders, or compensation in exchange for publishing, changing, maintaining or removing a review or rating on any third-party platform. By registering, accessing the Platform, purchasing credits, creating a campaign, participating in a campaign or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies.

1. Agreement These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Lyntrix Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Lyntrix Media", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Lyntrix Media Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in marketing and related services and may operate technology-enabled services for consumer research, product testing, campaign coordination, collection of genuine consumer feedback and related marketing activities. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing credits, submitting information, creating or participating in a campaign, or using any Platform service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 2. Eligibility and Account Information You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating or using an account. You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into these Terms. The Company may request identity, business, contact, transaction or other information where reasonably necessary for verification, compliance, fraud prevention, campaign administration or payment processing. You must not knowingly provide false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and updated. 3. Nature and Purpose of the Platform The Platform facilitates legitimate: consumer product testing; consumer research; collection of genuine product experiences; campaign administration; participant coordination; campaign-related communications; research feedback collection; campaign credit management; and related marketing services. The Platform is not a marketplace-review manipulation service. Nothing on the Platform authorises, requires or guarantees: a positive review; a positive rating; a favourable opinion; a particular review sentiment; publication of a review; modification of an existing review; removal of a negative review; creation of fake orders; creation of fake accounts; fabricated consumer experiences; manipulation of rankings; manipulation of ratings; manipulation of marketplace search results; or any activity designed to circumvent a third-party platform's rules. 4. Genuine Consumer Experience Where a campaign involves product testing, the participant must form their own genuine opinion based on their actual experience with the product. Any feedback submitted through the Platform must be truthful and based on the participant's actual experience. The Company does not require or permit participants to provide a predetermined rating, sentiment, score or conclusion. A participant may provide negative, neutral or positive feedback. A Client must not reject, penalise, withhold legitimate participation benefits or otherwise discriminate against a participant solely because the participant's genuine feedback is negative or unfavourable. 5. Separation of Testing and Public Reviews Product testing and research feedback conducted through the Platform are separate from any public review or rating a participant may independently choose to provide on a third-party platform. Participation in a testing campaign does not create an obligation to publish a public review. No credit, reimbursement, payment, discount, benefit or other consideration provided through the Platform may be conditioned on: posting a public review; posting a positive review; posting a particular rating; changing a review; removing a review; maintaining a particular rating; or providing a particular sentiment. The Company does not buy, sell or guarantee public reviews or ratings. Users must independently comply with the rules applicable to any third-party platform they use. 6. Third-Party Platform Compliance Campaigns may involve products or activities associated with third-party marketplaces, social networks, websites or other services. Users must comply with the applicable terms, policies, community guidelines, seller rules, buyer rules, review policies and other requirements of those third parties. Where a third-party platform prohibits an activity, the Company may prohibit that activity through the Platform even where the activity would otherwise be technically possible. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override, replace or restrict a third-party platform's independent policies. The Company does not represent that it is an agent, representative, partner or authorised service provider of any third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing. Third-party platforms may independently suspend accounts, remove content, restrict transactions or take other enforcement actions. The Company does not guarantee any third-party platform outcome. 7. Campaign Creation Clients may create or submit campaigns through the Platform. A campaign may contain: campaign identifier; product information; product URL; marketplace or sales channel information; requested testing slots; participant requirements; testing instructions; eligibility requirements; campaign deadlines; applicable credit requirements; reimbursement conditions; and other campaign-specific requirements. Campaign creation does not automatically make a campaign active. Campaigns may be subject to administrative review, verification and approval. The Company may approve, reject, suspend, modify or discontinue a campaign where reasonably necessary for legal, policy, operational, fraud-prevention, technical or risk-management reasons. 8. Campaign Approval Campaign approval is subject to the Company's internal verification and eligibility procedures. Approval does not guarantee: completion of all requested testing slots; participant availability; product sales; consumer satisfaction; positive feedback; public reviews; ratings; marketplace rankings; conversion rates; revenue; or any other commercial outcome. The Company may request additional information or documentation before approving or activating a campaign. 9. Campaign Instructions Campaign instructions must be lawful, accurate and consistent with these Terms. A Client must not include instructions requiring or encouraging participants to: provide a predetermined review; provide a predetermined rating; publish a positive review; conceal a negative experience; change or remove an existing review; create a fake order; fabricate evidence; create multiple accounts for manipulation; misrepresent product usage; or circumvent a third-party platform's policies. The Company may remove or modify non-compliant campaign instructions and may suspend or reject campaigns containing prohibited instructions. 10. Credits The Platform may operate a credit-based system for campaign services. Unless otherwise specified: 1 credit has a campaign service value of ₹100; Amazon: 1 slot = 1 credit; Flipkart: 1 slot = 0.5 credit; Meesho: 1 slot = 0.5 credit. The applicable conversion displayed by the Platform for a campaign shall govern that campaign. Credits are Platform service credits. Credits are not: bank deposits; prepaid payment instruments; electronic money; securities; investments; cryptocurrency; transferable monetary balances; or a cash-equivalent instrument. Credits may only be used for eligible Platform services and cannot be independently sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. 11. Credit Validity Credits are valid for 6 months from the applicable issuance date, unless a different validity period is expressly displayed at the time of issuance. Expired credits may become unavailable for use. Users are responsible for monitoring their available credits and applicable expiry dates. The Company may maintain an electronic ledger recording credit additions, deductions, refunds, adjustments, expiry and other credit transactions. 12. Credit Ledger The Platform's credit ledger is the authoritative record of credit transactions. Where applicable, a ledger transaction may contain: Client account; campaign ID; transaction type; credits added; credits deducted; reason; timestamp; and transaction or reference identifier. The Company will take reasonable measures to prevent duplicate credit deductions. Repeated administrative actions must not independently result in duplicate deduction where the underlying campaign transaction has already been processed. 13. Campaign Credit Deduction Where a campaign requires credits, the applicable amount may be reserved or deducted in accordance with the campaign's funding and approval status. For an approved and funded campaign, the applicable credit requirement may be deducted from the Client's available balance. The Company may prevent campaign approval where sufficient credits are not available unless an expressly authorised administrative mechanism permits otherwise. Rejected campaigns must not consume credits as active campaigns. Where credits were previously reserved or deducted and the applicable campaign is rejected, the Company may restore or release the applicable credits in accordance with the Platform's ledger rules. 14. Payments Payments for Platform services and credits may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Users must use lawful and authorised payment methods. Users must not: use stolen payment instruments; use unauthorised payment accounts; submit fraudulent transactions; manipulate payment information; attempt to obtain unauthorised refunds; misuse chargeback procedures; or conduct transactions unrelated to the services actually purchased. The Company may suspend or investigate transactions where fraud, unauthorised use, payment abuse or other suspicious activity is reasonably suspected. Payment processing is also subject to the applicable payment processor's terms and requirements. 15. Refund and Cancellation Credits purchased through the Platform are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly provided under the Platform's Refund / Cancellation Policy. Unused credits do not automatically become refundable. Where a campaign involves a Buyer/Tester purchasing a product for genuine product testing, only the eligible product amount may be considered for reimbursement where the Buyer/Tester did not purchase the product and therefore did not complete the applicable testing activity, subject to campaign rules, verification and applicable law. Service fees, platform charges and purchased credits are not refundable merely because: a User changes their mind; a User does not use the credits; a campaign does not achieve the expected result; a User does not complete a campaign; a User does not receive a preferred commercial outcome; or a User is dissatisfied with campaign performance. No reimbursement is conditional upon posting, modifying, maintaining or removing a public review or rating. Detailed rules are provided in the Refund / Cancellation Policy. 16. Buyer / Tester Participation A Buyer/Tester must: provide accurate information; use only their authorised account; participate genuinely; follow applicable campaign instructions; purchase or obtain the relevant product through the permitted process; genuinely test or use the product where required; provide truthful testing information; submit genuine supporting documentation; meet applicable deadlines; and comply with applicable third-party platform rules. A Buyer/Tester must not participate solely to obtain an improper reimbursement or benefit. 17. Buyer / Tester Evidence Where evidence is required, it must be genuine and relate to the relevant transaction or testing activity. Evidence must not be: fabricated; altered to misrepresent facts; copied from another participant; generated for a transaction that did not occur; submitted using another person's identity; or otherwise misleading. The Company may request additional evidence where reasonably necessary to verify a campaign. 18. Public Reviews and Ratings No User is required to publish a review or rating as a condition of participating in product testing. No User may be instructed to provide a particular rating or sentiment. Users must not: sell reviews; buy reviews; create reviews for products they did not genuinely experience; create reviews on behalf of another person; manipulate ratings; coordinate fraudulent review activity; alter reviews in exchange for benefits; or use the Platform to circumvent review policies. Any public review or rating independently posted by a User remains subject to the rules of the platform on which it is published. 19.
